I hang out with mostly combat veterans each day. I have yet to find one who thinks that the US should still be fighting in Afghanistan.....not....one. And these, mind you, are the most patriotic motherfuckers in the country.
I couldn't agree more. It's like we are going about our lives worrying about our IRA's and gold prices and there are men and women...our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters...dying every fucking day and we...don't...care! It's like we put together an army of poor motherfuckers who couldn't find a job in the "real" world and they are surrogates for the rest of us who think we can just buy an army to die FOR US... Mercenaries who don't have the smarts to avoid the combat.
This sickens me.
WE ARE AT WAR people!!!! AND AMERICANS ARE DYING...EVERY FUCKING DAY......for you.
So, what are you doing about it?
If you don't want any more sons and daughters to die, then stand up and demand a withdrawal.
If you think these wars are worthwhile, then encourage your sons and daughters to sign up for the noble conflict.
