What confuses me about the last story is the question of who, exactly, decided that we can eat squirrels, but we can't eat cats? Did we vote on this?
I get the suffering part, but what's really the difference between a cat and a squirrel that one deserves protection under the law and the other one doesn't.
The US is becoming more conservative.
I'm not sure how I feel about that, but I know there were a whole bunch of people like me who gave Obama a shot to be a "different" kind of president and change things in Washington only to be disappointed.
We overlooked many of the warning signs and STILL voted for him...
Not all of these people are mindless Fox News addicts...
I am of the opinion that, just like me, many Americans are getting tired of being pushed around by the Left and the Right.
Even with some up-ticks, our economy is far, far from well...
And even with our economic woes, what do the candidates talk about.....bullshit.....
This just about says it all. If Obama couldn't do it, then bring in some other smuck......
