How do aquariums keep fish from eating each other?

For fish that prefer to eat at the top of the water, two aquarists throw small pieces of food into the far corners of the tank to lure the little swimmers away from the sharks' feeding stations. Most of the fish are fed through a series of tubes that run down to the bottom of the tank.

This guy got caught in a massive cell of hail, rain, and wind in Rapid City South Dakota.

I told someone about the time that happened to me and another driver and I stopped and climbed up under the bridge. I was told that under a bridge was the exact wrong thing to do since the winds would increase. But if you look closely you will see that there is a comfortable nook between the I-beams where there is nary a wind.
