In twenty years or so after watching dozens of TV specials on the 2020 pandemic; three full-length movies; hundreds of books; and so many scientific reports that it would take years to read them all
your children or grandchildren are going to be tasked with interviewing someone who lived through the 2020 Pandemic. What if they come to you and said "Grandpa, what did you do during the pandemic?
If you believed Trump and thought it was a hoax and/or that it would magically disappear and so you did absolutely nothing to mitigate it would you have the guys to tell them the truth and accept their justified wrath and pitied scorn?
"Grandpa, did you at least wear a mask?
"No, I thought they made me look like a liberal."

"No, I was young and at little risk."
"But, Grandpa, they told you over and over that people with no symptoms could spread it."

WE AMERICANS
My wife will not get the first batches of vaccines. We don't trust that Operation Warp Speed didn't put so much political pressure on the overseers to render it unsafe. And if Donald Trump looks me right in the eye and announces that it is perfectly safe then I will KNOW for sure that it is not.
Almost 30,000 people from around the world answered the following question on Reddit: "Non-Americans of Reddit, what is your genuine reaction to what's going on in America right now?" They mostly feel sorry for a country they once had good feelings about.
That is worth the read.
