One Of My Very Own

PART ONE
For whatever reason, crab rangoon is hot right now.
As old as the Internet...
I realize that some people really love their cats but there is a major misunderstanding.
For thirty years my wife and I have watched the songbirds dine on the seeds in the multiple bird feeders right outside our window where we sit each evening. Often a squirrel would struggle to steal the seeds and we also found that quite entertaining. Then a couple of years ago families moved into the neighborhood with cats - lots of cats. Now I have no birds and no squirrels to admire outside my window.
So, the point is this: Those neighbors have decided that allowing their cats to roam around murdering at will is MORE IMPORTANT than my wife and I watching other wild critters feed. And, yes, I have a problem with that.
Does anyone know how they get out there?
Again I ask, why wouldn't they just relay the bricks with all the painted sides down?
Sort of looks like my backyard.
I like it.
THEN SHOW HIM!

B2: they are on casters that run along the cable.
It must really suck if you have to take a dump.
Attempted murder
[and I'm certain that there is probable caws]

Dear RetRsvMike,
I'm sorry but I don't know what that means.

The two crows in puzzle are "attempted murder" ("murder" being the collective noun for a gathering of crows). Only having just two falls short of a murder, but the pair attempted it.
And since they generally make noise, the follow on gag to an attempted murder of crows is that you can assume that there were probably "caws" [cause]..
