Puzzle Time
Take the middle full glass and pour it into the middle empty glass and return the now empty glass back to its original position.
People still think the Japanese smoke a lot but they don't, they smoke less than Europeans. Also public smoking like in that image is banned. Things changed a lot over a relatively short span of time.
