Puzzle Time
Murder. Still has a cigarette in the hand, you would finish it before shooting yourself. Most smokers I know smoke with their dominant hand so this person is left handed yet the gun is in the right hand. The pen, cigarettes, ashtray & soda are also to the left on the counter.
