Nine black thugs set upon an 18 year old white kid and almost killed him for no apparent reason. Therefore a new curfew is in effect. The newspaper photographed the notice with a sign I did for my wife's store in the background.
The crime was not called a hate crime. I wonder what the ruling would have been had the nine thugs been white and the victim black.
