 From these tests, Dahlgren and his staff discovered that the old 11-inch and even 9-inch guns could be made effective against armored ironclads by upping their powder charge. By doubling the old service charge of 15 pounds to 30 pounds of powder, the 11-inch Dahlgren guns could be made to penetrate through a 4.5" solid iron plate, even when it was angled at a steep 15 degrees.

 Do you see the black window in the gray building facing the camera? When I was in Germany there were dozens of similar windows facing intersections that had dozens of bullet holes around them.

 While the wife and I were in France we visited a cathedral that had been bombed. There was extensive damage to the interior.

It, of course, was completely restored, but it was impossible to find marble and/or granite the same color as the original so all the repairs were easily discernable.

A bevy of thieves swarms into a store filling bags with merchandise before fleeing.

My wife owned three shops and periodically the police would bring in an 8x10 sheet filled with similar photographs of known shoplifters. I was astounded that every fucking one of them was black females. And this in a city with a black mayor and a black police chief, so one would think racism is not at fault here.

A jury found him guilty of sexually abusing two choirboys when he was archbishop of Melbourne in the late 1990s. Another separate case regarding Pell at a swimming pool event was dropped by prosecutors.
Pell was hiding for quite a while under the wing of the pope who made him the financial boss of the church. While Pell was in the Vatican working for the Pope, people have been lobbying to make Pell return to Australia and face the courts. One might perceive he had fled the country and was harbored by the chief of the Catholic church. Eventually, he returned and now he goes to prison.
Apparently, the Catholic Church was seeking donations from parishioners to assist with Pell's defense.

The questionable behavior here is not the women or the judges. But rather the people who think women can't fight. The Kurds don't think so and nor do the Israelis. And both those armies are indeed formidable. I agree that the fitness tests shouldn't be fudged, but here's the way I see it. If you rated every male soldier and, say, they scored from worst to best was 200 to 250. Then you tested the women the same way. These women would not range from 150 to 200. No. They would probably range from with an overlap, meaning the best of the women were better than the worst of the men and they deserve a chance.
