Legislation is being pushed that is pretty much article 13 for the US, Potentially even worse in fact. The Bill seeks to usher in an era of up to $30,000 per incident fines for the posting of things such as memes and images with up to $15,000 of the money to be funneled as damages to the plaintiff. This is literally madness! Can you imagine the abuse?

I have done similar things. I was sitting in a crowded ballroom with two beautiful women and one of them accidentally knocked over her full drink. When the other girl attempted to come to her aid, she knocked over her own drink. They were mortified with embarrassment so I casually knocked over my drink and they just stared at me...then we all had a good laugh.
