You can't lose a homing pigeon. If it doesn't come home you've just lost a pigeon.
CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL
Elephants never forget a former caregiver...
Many people are opposed to hunting large animals. What these people need to understand is that without culling the numbers our gardens, farms, and highways would be overrun with these animals.
Speaking of hunting...

Because of isolation, I finished 3 books yesterday. And believe me, that's a lot of coloring.
OBJECTS OF INTEREST
Never forget that she tried very hard to get this picture removed from the internet...
Or so I'm told.
They developed a robot to reenact my wife's restless leg syndrome that keeps me sleepless.
Vancouver, Canada is plugging in with battery-electric buses that charge in five minutes. Each bus is expected to cut 100 tonnes of emissions and save $40,000 in fuel costs.
Can anybody help me understand that?

Can you imagine getting in bed and easily falling asleep and then waking up feeling rested and then having a good day and then doing it all over again?
PEOPLE BEING HUMAN
Winona Ryder, Jodie Foster, and Julia Roberts, 1989.
It was stated: "The one on the left will steal your husband, the one in the middle will steal your wife, and the one on the right will steal both for a threesome."
HA!^^D2^^
Speaking of stealing your wife...
You hardly ever see a great save on the internet.
That is A LOT of hammering!
Wait until the very end...
I didn't notice the bridge raising the first three times I watched that.

A Muslim just wished me a Merry Christmas. I smiled and wished him, Happy Ramadan. A beautiful moment in interfaith harmony. Then he said "But it's not Ramadan" and I said, "Listen, old man, stop ruining my fake story I need to increase my viewership."
HOBBIES
Did you notice the clump of snow at the bottom of the door frame giving away the loop?
The internet really likes using this image...
Many people paint on canvas as a hobby.
Some people prefer to use their own skin as the canvas...
Then I saw his other work and realized they were all fantasy movie characters. That really bothered me...as does this...
Why do something original when you can just steal somebody else's shit?^^D7^^
That person is betting their life that the installer of the foot brackets can outwit gravity EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Humans spend a large portion of their lives taking dares...
I wonder if she left teeth marks on the rim of the pool.
But this dare taking may be in our primal genes.
Some people travel as a hobby.
Reenactors seem to have fun.

B4- A story about Elephants
In 1972, Joe Miller was on holiday in Kenya after graduating from Tulsa Junior College.
On a hike through the brush, he came across a young bull elephant standing with one leg in the air. The elephant seemed distressed, so Joe approached it very carefully. He got down on one knee and inspected the elephants foot and found a large piece of wood embedded in it. As carefully and as gently as he could, Joe worked the wood out with his knife, after which the elephant gingerly put down his foot.
The elephant turned to Joe, and with a rather curious look on its face, stared at him for several tense moments. Joe stood frozen, thinking of nothing else but being trampled.
Eventually the elephant trumpeted loudly, turned and walked away. Joe never forgot that elephant or the events of that day.
Thirty years later, Joe was walking through the Tulsa Zoo with his family. As they approached the elephant enclosure one of the creatures turned and walked over to near where Joe and his family were standing. The large bull elephant stared at Joe, lifted its front foot off the ground, then put it down. The elephant did that several times then trumpeted loudly, all the while staring at Joe.
Remembering the encounter in 1972, Joe could not help wondering if this was the same elephant… Joe summoned up his courage, climbed over the railing, and made his way into the enclosure. He walked right up to the elephant and stared back in wonder. The elephant trumpeted again, wrapped its trunk around one of Joe's legs and slammed him against the railing, killing him instantly.
Probably wasn't the same elephant.

Top: The Cares Act was directly related to the pandemic whereas the American Relief Plan had a bunch of pork and needless spending in it. Pelosi refused a covid relief bill before the election and said after, paraphrasing, now that we have a new president we can pass one. Neither party wants to give the other a win nor cares more about the people than they do themselves. We need term limits (like POTUS) on all of them along with release of their tax returns. Come into office worth 500K and leave 20 years later worth 25+ mil. all with a 100k salary. What’s wrong with this picture? I even think they voted to increase their salary in this one. WTF
