Puzzle: It's using the American system for military time. 100 hours being 1 O'clock 200 being 2 O' clock Etc and any minute quotes will be from 59 to 1 all other quotes will be on the 'Hundred' hour although I'm not sure how for example 1:34 would be quoted! I've only ever heard it used in films where the WHOLE or ZERO Hour was mentioned. :)
Burgervan, I think the timer on a Microwave oven makes a lot more sense.
