I have a strange feeling that I've posted that before. But consider this: I've posted over 50 images a day for over a decade. I can't possibly remember every single one of them.
The male teachers at my elementary school had a phrase for that - "Kindergartner Mom" and it meant exactly what you think it means.
I'm thinking teachers with a bad principle.
You and I can disagree but we at least have to agree on the meaning of the words we use. Defunding the police does not mean you want to spend less money on public safety. It means that you send drug people to deal with drug problems. Mental health people to deal with mental health issues. Etc. There is no reason to send an armed officer to every encounter. They have already done this successfully in several cities.

Submerged Arc Welding
"An arc welding process that produces joining of metals by heating them with an arc between a metal electrode and the workpiece. The arc or arcs are struck and burn beneath a layer of flux, which is supplied to the welding head whilst welding is in progress. The flux closest to the arc melts and forms a slag on the surface of the weld, thus protecting the molten metal from reacting with the oxygen and nitrogen in the air. The residual powder is sucked up, returned to the flux hopper, and re-used. Welding can be carried out with DC or AC."

I let my wife off at home after arguing and when she got out I was patiently waiting for the car door to SLAM. The slam never came. She just left the door wide open, I had to get out and close it myself like a limo driver.
