I think it's called doom surfing or something - it's where you look for the most disastrous scenarios you can find. I try not to do that. I still have faith that we can solve our looming climate change disaster.
I have discussed weaning myself off those cringe memories of the embarrassments I caused myself. But I got to thinking about them again and realized that almost every single one of them happened after I had consumed too much alcohol.
