About Me

My photo
I'm an artist, educator, militant anti-theist , and I write. I gamble on just about anything. And I like beer...but I love my wife. This blog contains observations from a funny old man who gets pissed off every once in a while.

One Of My Very Own

LANGUAGE SILLINESS

This lady found a perfectly good lanyard.

But what's up with her ears?

The Christian Universal Ministry basketball team could’ve put a little more thought into their jersey design.

Not to be picky but that is not an over/under bet.
That is an either/or bet.

RANDOM BLOG FODDER

I wrote about this years ago!
I waited for weeks for this to arrive, then when it did I was as disappointed as I've ever been. They were paper-thin with the tanks, ships, and planes were smaller than the army men. They would all fit in a shirt pocket with room to spare.

And some people don't believe in karma.

There are many nights I could sleep comfortably on that.
Last night I slept for 10 hours without moving - not even to go to the bathroom. My secret is two Tylenol PM and two Melatonin.

That reminds me of those little fish that clean sharks' teeth.

My best guess: He wanted an English word on his building so he wrote a friend and asked him to send something in English.

Damn, Mom!

See anything odd?
 There's a perfect square.
Check out the bench he included.
I like it.

The Ancient Titans of Prehistoric Australia
Australia is known for having weird and scary animals that vary in size and shape. This isn’t surprising, however, because prehistoric Australia also had its share of frightening creatures. During the Paleozoic Era, between 541 and 252 million years ago, one of the largest marine predators to have ever existed on our planet roamed the waters of prehistoric Australia: the sea scorpions, Eurypterida.

Puzzle: I couldn't come up with an answer, so I looked up "Tor in a Circle" and found a cairn site in Devon. Is this the answer?
