Dunning-Kruger Effect
The Dunning-Kruger effect is a type of cognitive bias in which people believe that they are smarter and more capable than they really are. Essentially, low ability people do not possess the skills needed to recognize their own incompetence.
And that is why Christianity is faltering in the US. The massive hypocrisy is turning off the younger generation.
That is so very true - at least when I printed out my novels. I could take it right off the printer, open it to a random page, and find errors. The most common was reversing "He" and "She". When I would proofread, my mind knew what it was supposed to say and just read it that way.
I once had a young crew chief who was a very attractive guy. We were standing in front of a wall when the funding source lady showed up and she had her drop-dead gorgeous daughter with her. My crew chief had his back to the new arrivals so I looked him right in the eye and said, "Shape up. We have a live one." He played it cool and he thought that was that but at the end of the final mural meeting I asked to woman if I could ask her a personal question then asked if her daughter had a husband or boyfriend because my crew chief had no girlfriend or wife. They all laughed and the woman gave me her daughters' phone number. The two young people lasted about two months then, I think, they just wore each other out.

B1: That's a corn puff extruder. And it does not consume the cob. If you look closely at the hopper it's full of kernels. I think she's just placing the whole cob there for effect for the video.
Anyway that's how you make cheese puffs or cheese balls.
