At one of my regular restaurants, the servers kept screwing up refilling my wife and I's iced tea. I drink sweet and my wife drinks unsweet and if they forgot to ask, they got the wrong tea in the wrong glass.

Well, I noticed that they had two colors of tumblers and I told the owner that he could solve the problem by designating one for sweet and one for unsweet. He did and had no more problems.
