Would it be too much for you to enlighten us as to how you deduced the solution?
Per your request, here is how the puzzle is solved.
I didn't start at "F" but it helps if you do for understanding the solve.
H is 2 letters away from F
K is 3 letters away from H
O is 4 letters away from K
So what is 5 letters away from O? "T"
Keep going to check the work,
Z is 6 letters away from T
G is 7 letters away from Z (imagine a wrapped alphabet)
O is 8 letters away from G
F is 9 letters away from O - back where we started.

Start at F and move counterclockwise around the wheel.
From F, skip 1 letter which moves to H.
From H, skip 2 letters which moves to K.
From K, skip 3 letters which moves to O.
From O, skip 4 letters which moves to T.
From T, skip 5 letters which moves to Z.
