My wife and I have found a whole bunch of ways to help a lot of people lately. Feels good. You ought to try it.

Recently it occurred to me that mural painting and blogging have something in common. Both are created to be judged by people I don't know and who don't themselves paint or express their views publicly without hiding behind 'anonymous'.

I have a friend who saves every dollar bill he receives during the day. He uses this as "mad money" for his summer vacation. He said that it usually totaled about $1,000. That was the beginning of me using dollar bills as an art medium.

I really like double-barreled shotguns. I like the fact that they have a minimum number of moving parts - much less than pumps or lever actions. I guess the same argument could be made for bolt actions.
But what I like most is when you break it open and the spent shells pop out with a "poof" sound that is like no other.
