A very wise man once told me to imagine ordering a car and the dealer brought you every piece of the car and dumped it in your yard and you had to hire someone to put it together. That my friends are the housing industry and I think it's time for a change...a whole new mindset when it comes to housing construction.

B16 - New Mexico and Montana are in the bottom 10 poorest states yet neither have right to work laws. If unions are such a good idea, why do you need to compel people to join ?
B20 - Broadly speaking there are 5 or 6 biological sexes, but the occurrences of any but male and female are vanishingly small. She talks about challenging the graduates who react like sheep. No doubt they will be cap in hand in a few years time demanding the taxpayer take on their student debt.

Dear B16 Anon, I think it's called a "Closed Shop" but I'm no expert.
But just between you and me, I can't imagine anyone except management being against giving workers a united voice in negotiations.

The whole point of right to work is you can refuse to join a union if there is one in the work place.
If there isn't such a law, you have to join if there is one active in the work place
